The invention relates to a crane preventive maintenance system based on Internet of Things. The crane preventive maintenance system based on Internet of Things comprises a cloud server, an Internet ofThings module, a sensor module and a control module. The cloud server, the Internet of Things module, the control module and the sensor module are in signal connection sequentially; the sensor modulecomprises a weighing sensor, a space limiting sensor, a heavy hammer limiter, an overload limiter, an anemograph limiter, a cab door limiter and a phase sequence protector; the control module comprises a programmable logic controller (PLC) control unit and a remote I/O communication unit; the remote I/O communication unit is in communication connection with the PLC control unit; the remote I/O communication unit acquires data information of the sensor module and transmits the data to the PLC control unit; a crane national standard data model is embedded into the Internet of Things module; theInternet of Things module reads and counts data information, compares the data information with the crane national standard data model to judge the maintenance requirement, and uploads to the cloud server; a data storage unit is arranged in the cloud server; and a crane failure can be predicted in advance, so that a maintenance journey is conveniently optimized.

    本发明涉及一种基于物联网的起重机预防性维修系统,包括云服务器、物联网模块、传感器模块和控制模块,云服务器、物联网模块、控制模块和传感器模块之间依次信号连接,传感器模块包括称重传感器、空间限位传感器、重锤限位器、超载限位器、风速仪限位器、司机室门限位器和相序保护器,控制模块包括PLC控制单元和远程I/0通讯单元,远程I/0通讯单元与PLC控制单元通讯连接,远程I/0通讯单元采集传感器模块数据信息并传送至PLC控制单元,物联网模块内嵌有起重机国家标准数据模型,物联网模块读取并统计数据信息将其与起重机国家标准数据模型对比判断维修需求并上传至云服务器,云服务器内设置有数据存储单元,对起重机故障提前预测,以便于优化维保行程。
