The invention relates to a railway vehicle auxiliary framework energy recovery device, and the device comprises auxiliary frameworks arranged on the two sides of a railway vehicle respectively; an elastic piece is arranged between the two auxiliary frameworks, supports are arranged at the two ends of the elastic piece, the elastic piece is fixedly connected with the supports, and transmission pieces are arranged between the auxiliary frameworks and the supports. The outer side of the elastic piece is sleeved with an E-ACE elastomer, the two ends of the E-ACE elastomer are fixedly connected with the support, and the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the E-ACE elastomer are both coated with flexion electrodes. The elastic piece is arranged between the two auxiliary frameworks and can adapt to deformation of the two auxiliary frameworks, and meanwhile the arranged E-ACE elastomer and the flexion electrode can recover energy generated by deformation between the two auxiliary frameworks into electric energy.

    本发明涉及一种铁道车辆副构架能量回收装置,包括分别设置于铁道车辆两侧的副构架,两个副构架之间设置有弹性件,弹性件的两端上均设置有支座,弹性件与支座固定连接,副构架与支座之间设置有传动件,弹性件的外侧套装设置有E‑ACE弹性体,E‑ACE弹性体的两端与支座固定连接,E‑ACE弹性体的内外侧表面上均涂覆有屈从电极。本发明在两个副构架之间设置弹性件,能够适应两个副构架的变形,同时设置的E‑ACE弹性体和屈从电极能够将两个副构架之间变形的能量回收为电能。
