The invention relates to the field of counterweight block preparation, in particular to a counterweight block forming process. The counterweight block forming process comprises the processes of material selection, material mixing, heating, forming and cooling. Scrap iron, particle steel and reduced iron fine powder in a specific weight ratio are used as raw materials, secondary utilization of waste steel is achieved, and raw materials such as cast iron can be replaced; and meanwhile, the counterweight block with the shape, the density, the strength and the like meeting the requirements can be prepared by adopting the forming process provided by the invention.

    本发明涉及对重块制备领域,尤其涉及一种对重块成型工艺。本发明的对重块成型工艺包括选料、混料、加热、成型、冷却工艺,通过以特定重量比的铁屑、粒子钢、还原铁精粉为原料,实现了废钢材的二次利用,可替代铸铁等原料;同时采用本发明的成型工艺可制备得到形状、密度、强度等均满足要求的对重块。
