The invention provides an elevator counterweight block preparation method. The method comprises the following steps that 1), a steel plate is selected, specifically, the area of the side surface of the steel plate is larger than that of the counterweight block, and rusted positions on the surface of the steel plate are polished to be clean; 2) flattening and shearing are carried out, specifically,the steel plate is sheared through a shearing machine until the peripheral edge is 2-3 cm larger than the peripheral edge of the counterweight block, the steel plate is flattened through a steel plate flattening machine, and the two sides both face upwards and are flattened for 1-2 times; 3) stamping is carried out, specifically, the flattened and sheared steel plate is stamped to be in the shapeof the counterweight block; 4) shaping is carried out, specifically, the stamped steel plate is cut into steel plates with the same area as the side surface of the counterweight block; 5), riveting is carried out, specifically, the shaped steel plates are attached to each other, riveted in pairs, and combined into the thickness of the counterweight block; and 6), plastic spraying is carried out.According to the elevator counterweight block preparation method, the preparation process is simple, the cost is saved, and meanwhile the preparation period is not prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种电梯对重块制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)选用钢板:选用钢板的侧面面积大小大于对重块侧面面积并对钢板表面生锈的地方打磨干净;2)平整剪切:将钢板使用剪切机剪切成四周边缘比对重块四周边缘大2‑3厘米,使用钢板压平机将钢板压平,两面均朝上压平1‑2次;3)冲压:将平整剪切好的钢板冲压成对重块的形状;4)整形:将冲压完成的钢板切割成对重块侧面相同面积的钢板;5)铆接:将整形完成的各个钢板贴合两两铆接并组合成对重块的厚度;6)喷塑。本发明提供的一种电梯对重块制备方法,本发明提供的一种电梯对重块制备方法,制备工艺简单,在节约成本的同时,也不会增加制备周期。
