The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning robots, and particularly relates to an oil tank cleaning robot which comprises a robot body, walking devices and a cleaning and recycling device. The walking devices are installed on the two sides of the robot body to drive the robot body to move; the cleaning and recycling device comprises a cleaning water pipe, a nozzle, a dirt suction pipe and a dirt suction head; the cleaning water pipe and the dirt suction pipe are both connected to the robot body; the nozzle is installed at the tail end of the cleaning water pipe and used for spraying a water column; and the dirt suction head is detachably installed at the tail end of the dirt suction pipe and used for recycling fluidized oil sludge. When the oil tank cleaning robot walks in an oil tank, a water source conveyed by the cleaning water pipe can be sprayed to the oil sludge position in the oil tank through the nozzle so as to fluidize and solidify viscous oil sludge; and meanwhile, in the process, the dirt suction head connected onto the dirt suction pipe can recycle the fluidized oil sludge, and sewage recycling is achieved.
