The invention discloses a constant-voltage cold start method for DC/DC of a hydrogen fuel electric vehicle. The constant-voltage cold start method comprises the following steps of: detecting an input voltage Uin1 of a boost converter side through sampling; judging whether the Uin1 is smaller than a given voltage value Given_V of the boost converter, if yes, enabling the boost converter not to work, and if not, entering the next step; controlling the boost converter to work in an input constant-voltage double-closed-loop mode, inputting the difference value of Uin1 and Given_V as an error signal into a voltage loop PID, taking the output of the voltage loop PID as a given current inner loop, and taking the given current inner loop as a limiting point of cold start power; and inputting error signals of the given current inner loop and the input current into a current inner loop PID, thus achieving the purposes of constant-voltage input and input current sharing. According to the invention, the characteristic of the hydrogen fuel cell is utilized to control the FDC converter of the hydrogen fuel electric vehicle, so that the hydrogen fuel cell works in an output constant-voltage state, and the purpose of rapid self-heating in a low-temperature state is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电动汽车DC/DC的恒压冷启动方法,包括以下步骤:通过采样检测升压变换器侧的输入电压Uin1;判断Uin1是否小于升压变换器的给定电压值Given_V,若是,则升压变换器不工作,若否,则进入下一步;控制升压变换器输入恒压双闭环工作,以Uin1与Given_V的差值作为误差信号输入到电压环PID,电压环PID输出为电流内环给定,且电流内环给定作为冷启动功率的限制点;以电流内环给定与输入电流的误差信号输入到电流内环PID,达到输入恒压并且输入电流均流的目的。本发明利用氢燃料电池特质通过控制氢燃料电动汽车的FDC变换器,使氢燃料电池本身工作在输出恒压状态,实现低温状态下快速自升温的目的。
