The invention relates to the technical field of battery thermal management, in particular to a bottom plate liquid cooling battery module with honeycomb-shaped heat dissipation channels. The bottom plate liquid cooling battery module comprises cylindrical batteries, a liquid cooling plate and the honeycomb-shaped liquid cooling heat dissipation channels, the liquid-cooled plate is of a square structure, and the upper surface of theliquid cooling plate is provided with a plurality of circular grooves for inserting the bottoms of the cylindrical batteries. The plurality of honeycomb-shaped liquid cooling heat dissipation channels are fixed in the liquid cooling plate, the cooling liquid inlets and cooling liquid outlets at the two ends of the honeycomb-shaped liquid cooling heat dissipation channels penetrate through the end walls at the two ends of the liquid cooling plate and are communicated with the outside, and a cooling bottom plate matched with the liquid cooling plate in shape is arranged below the liquid cooling plate; each honeycomb-shaped liquid cooling heat dissipation channel comprises a plurality of hexagonal channels and straight channels, each hexagonal channel is of a hexagonal tubular structure, the straight channels are arranged among the hexagonal channels at intervals, and the opposite angles of the hexagonal channels in the horizontal direction are connected with the straight channels. According to the present invention, the flow path of the cooling liquid in the liquid cooling plate is increased through the changeable flow channels, and heat is better taken away.

    本发明涉及电池热管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种蜂窝状散热通道的底板液冷电池模块,包括圆柱电池、液冷板和蜂窝状液冷散热通道,所述液冷板呈方形结构,其上表面设有若干用于所述圆柱电池底部插入的圆形凹槽;若干所述蜂窝状液冷散热通道固定于所述液冷板的内部,其两端冷却液进口和冷却液出口穿过所述液冷板的两端端壁与外部连通;所述液冷板下方设有与之形状相匹配的冷却底板;所述蜂窝状液冷散热通道包括若干六边形通道和直通道,所述六边形通道呈六边形管状结构,所述直通道间隔设置于所述六边形通道之间,所述六边形通道水平方向的对角与直通道相连。本发明通过多变的流道也增加了冷却液在液冷板中的流动路程,更好的带走热量。
