The invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery modules, in particular to a vehicle cylindrical lithium battery module based on heat pipe and liquid cooling coupling heat dissipation,and the battery module comprises a lithium battery pack, heat dissipation aluminum plates, a heat dissipation aluminum pipe, battery lower bearing plates and battery upper cover plates. Every two rowsof batteries are fixed through two aluminum plates, the aluminum plates are separated from the batteries through insulated heat conduction silica gel pads, and battery installation insertion holes are formed in the lower bearing plates and the upper cover plates of the batteries to fix the batteries. The upper ends of heat pipes are equidistantly attached to the heat dissipation aluminum plates,and the lower ends of the heat pipes penetrate through limiting holes of the lower bearing plates to contact with the heat dissipation aluminum plates; and the whole battery pack module is subjected to glue pouring treatment, and an organic silicon foaming material is adopted, so that the shock absorption performance and the flame retardance are very high. According to the battery module, the stability of the whole batteries can be maintained, the influence on other batteries caused by accidents due to faults of the single batteries can be effectively prevented, and in addition, the battery module can be well subjected to heat management by adopting an air conditioner circulating cooling type liquid cooling system and a heating system.

    本发明涉及锂电池模块技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于热管和液冷耦合散热的车用圆柱形锂电池模块,包括锂电池组、散热铝板、散热铝管、电池下承板和电池上盖板。每两排电池通过两块铝板固定住,铝板与电池之间通过绝缘的导热硅胶垫隔离开,电池的下承板与上盖板设有电池装插孔固定电池;热管上端等距的贴在散热铝板上,下端穿过下承板的限位孔与散热铝管接触;对电池包模块整体进行灌胶处理,采用有机硅发泡材料其减震性、阻燃性性能很强。既可以保持整体电池的稳定性,又能够有效阻止单体电池因故障而发生事故的时候对其它电池造成影响,此外采用空调循环冷却式液冷系统与加热系统能够很好的对电池模块进行热管理。
