The invention discloses a steering column with a pneumatic adjusting supporting structure. The steering column comprises an upper aluminum support, a left side plate and an air cylinder assembly, one side of the rear end of the upper aluminum support is connected with the left side plate, the other side of the rear end of the upper aluminum support is connected with a right side plate, and the bottoms of the left side plate and the right side plate are connected through a base plate. A modular structure is adopted, the upper aluminum support is convenient to install and maintain, abraded parts are easy to replace, the left side plate and the right side plate which are made of aluminum alloy are matched, the load of the whole device is witnessed, and a lever is adjusted through the air cylinder assembly, so that a pressing block is used for being matched with a long bolt so that the upper aluminum support, the left side plate and the right side plate can be in a loosening and locking mode, the pressing block is matched with an L-type spring pulling plate, an R-type spring pulling plate and a long tension spring at the two sides to provide initial pulling force for the upper aluminum support, and therefore the angle of the upper aluminum support and the steering shaft welding assembly can be conveniently adjusted; and a mechanical locking manner is used, so that a lever force increasing mechanism increases friction force and improves the locking effect.
本发明公开了一种具有气动调节支撑结构的转向管柱,包括上铝支架、左侧板、气缸总成,上铝支架后端一侧连接有左侧板,上铝支架后端另一侧连接有右侧板,左侧板和右侧板底部通过底座板连接。本发明采用模块化结构,方便上铝支架的安装和维护,并且易于更换磨损件,并且配合铝合金材质的左侧板和右侧板,见证整体装置的负重,利用气缸总成调节杠杆,使得压紧块用于配合长螺栓从而使得上铝支架和左侧板、右侧板变换松开和锁紧的模式,以及配合两侧的L型弹簧拉板、R型弹簧拉板和长拉簧,为上铝支架提供初始拉力,从而方便调节上铝支架和转向轴焊接总成的角度,利用机械式锁紧方式,杠杆增力机构,增大摩擦力,提高锁紧效果。
