The invention relates to the technical field of vacuum pump control, and provides an electric vacuum pump control method which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a voltage signal of a pressure sensor for reflecting the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump, and performing fault analysis on the voltage signal; s2, if the pressure sensor has no fault, whether the vacuum pump has a fault or not is judged based on the voltage signal, if the detection result is no, the step S4 is executed, and if the detection result is yes, the vehicle enters a speed limiting mode; s3, if the pressure sensor fails, entering a vacuum pump degradation control mode; and S4, the voltage signal is analyzed, pressure value conversion is carried out, and opening and closing of the vacuum pump are controlled based on the pressure value. Brake boosting control modes of the electric automobile brake boosting system are divided into a normal control mode, a degradation control mode and a thermal protection control mode. The three brake boosting working modes are finely controlled so that the safety and the comfort of the brake boosting system of the electric automobile are improved.

    本发明涉及真空泵控制技术领域,提供了本发明还提供了一种电动真空泵的控制方法,具体如下:S1、获取用于反映真空泵真空度的压力传感器的电压信号,并对电压信号进行故障分析;S2、若压力传感器无故障,则基于电压信号判断真空泵是否故障,若检测结果为否,则执行步骤S4,若检测结果为是,则车辆进入限速模式;S3、若压力传感器故障,则进入真空泵降级控制模式;S4、解析电压信号,并进行压力值的换算,基于压力值来控制真空泵的开闭。通过将电动汽车制动助力系统的制动助力控制模式分为正常控制模式、降级控制模式、热保护控制模式三种类型。并分别对三种制动助力工作模式进行精细化控制,提升电动汽车制动助力系统的安全性和舒适性。
