The invention discloses an electric automobile brake vacuum pump control system and control method thereof. The system comprises a controller, the signal input end of the controller is connected witha vacuum degree sensor, an atmospheric pressure sensor, a vacuum pump timer, an X-direction acceleration sensor, a Z-direction acceleration sensor and a wheel speed sensor, and the signal output end of the controller is connected with a brake vacuum pump. The invention further provides an electric automobile brake vacuum pump control system control device. The control method comprises the steps of1) obtaining parameters; 2) determining a brake vacuum pump opening threshold and a brake vacuum pump closing threshold according to secondary integration of the duty ratio of the brake vacuum pump,the vehicle speed, the X-direction acceleration and the Z-direction acceleration; 3) determining the working state of the brake vacuum pump according to the vacuum degree of the brake vacuum booster,and 4) circulating the steps 1)-3) until the automobile is shut down. The brake performance under special working conditions can be improved, and the reliability of the vacuum pump is ensured.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车制动真空泵控制系统,包括控制器,所述控制器的信号输入端分别连接有真空度传感器、大气压力传感器、真空泵计时器、X向加速度传感器、Z向加速度传感器和轮速传感器,所述控制器的信号输出端连接有制动真空泵。还提供了一种电动汽车制动真空泵控制系统的控制方法,包括步骤1)获取参数;2)根据制动真空泵占空比、车速、X向加速度和Z向加速度二次积分确定制动真空泵开启门限和制动真空泵关闭门限;3)根据制动真空助力器真空度确定制动真空泵的工作状态;4)循环步骤1)~3),直至汽车关机。本发明可提高特殊工况下的制动性能,保证真空泵的可靠性。
