The invention discloses a warehouse-in and warehouse-out method for direct butt joint of a stereoscopic warehouse and an AGV. The method comprises the following steps: S1, a plurality of material placement positions and AGV stop points are arranged at a warehousing opening; S2, sending a material warehousing application instruction; S3, binding materials with pallet information; S4, adopting a WMS (warehouse management system) to allocate storage location numbers and warehousing opening number information, and allocate warehousing task information to an AGV scheduling system; S5, selecting an AGV and sending a carrying task to the AGV; S6, enabling the AGV to receive the carrying task sent by the AGV scheduling system; and S7, after the signal that the AGV arrives at the designated warehousing opening is received, adopting a stacker to take the materials to complete material warehousing. The traditional conveying line (roller line) warehouse-in and warehouse-out method is replaced with the AGV, and by utilizing the direct butt joint and mutual communication and flow control modes of the AGV and a three-dimensional warehouse system (WMS/WCS), the carrying work of a three-dimensional warehouse and logistics can become more flexible, stable and intelligent, in addition, space can be effectively saved, investment is reduced, and cost is saved.
本发明公开一种立体仓库与AGV直接对接的入库及出库方法,包括有以下步骤:S1、将多个物料放置位以及AGV停靠点设置于入库口处;S2、发送物料入库申请指令;S3、对物料与托盘信息的绑定;S4、WMS系统分配储存库位编号以及入库口编号信息,并向AGV调度系统分配入库任务信息;S5、选择AGV并发送给该AGV搬运任务;S6、AGV接收AGV调度系统发送的搬运任务;S7、AGV到达指定入库口的信号后,由堆垛机取料,完成物料入库,本发明的目的是通过AGV代替传统输送线(滚筒线)出入库方法,利用AGV与立库系统(WMS/WCS)直接对接以及相互通讯及控制流程的方式,能够使立体仓库以及物流的搬运工作变得更加灵活、稳定、智能化,且能有效节省空间、减少投入,节约成本。
