The invention provides a railway vehicle buffer device and a coupler buffer system, comprising: a housing with a hollow interior and an open end, a buffer arranged in the housing, the buffer being in axial sliding connection with the housing; a traction rod which is at least partially located in the shell and fixedly connected to the outer side of the buffer in a sleeving mode, and a boss is arranged on the outer side of the end, located in the shell, of the traction rod; a sleeve which is arranged on the outer side of the traction rod in a sleeving mode and provided with a notch, the axial size of the notch is larger than that of the boss, and the boss is in axial sliding connection with the notch, so that the sleeve is in axial sliding connection with the traction rod; a stop part which is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve and located at the end away from the opening of the shell; an annular stop piece which is arranged on the inner wall of the opening end of the shell; and an elastic element, wherein the sleeve is sleeved with the elastic element, one end of the elastic element abuts against the stop part, and the other end of the elastic element abuts against the annular stop piece; one end of the sleeve is connected with the shell through the pre-tightening force of the elastic element. The railway vehicle buffer device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the stretching stroke of the buffering device is greatly increased.

    本发明提出轨道车辆缓冲装置及车钩缓冲系统,包括:内部中空且一端开口的壳体,其内设有缓冲器,缓冲器与壳体轴向滑动连接;至少部分地位于壳体内部的牵引杆,其固定套接于缓冲器的外侧,且位于壳体内部的一端外侧设置有凸台;套装在牵引杆外侧的套筒,其设有槽口,槽口的轴向尺寸大于凸台的轴向尺寸,凸台与槽口轴向滑动连接,使得套筒与牵引杆轴向滑动连接;止挡部,设于套筒外侧,位于远离壳体开口的一端;环形止挡件,设于壳体开口端的内壁上;弹性元件,套接于套筒外侧,弹性元件的一端与止挡部相抵,另一端与环形止挡件相抵;弹性元件的预紧力使套筒的一端部与壳体连接。本发明结构简单,使用方便,极大的增大了缓冲装置的拉伸行程。
