The invention discloses a ship scheduling method and system based on port berth resources. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining available time of each berth, berthing time of each to-be-berthed ship, identification of each available berth, identification of each to-be-berthed ship and the maximum number of iterations; randomly generating a plurality of solutions; according to the available time of each berth, the berthing time of each to-be-berthed ship, the identifier of each available berth and the identifier of each to-be-berthed ship, calculating the total port time of each solution; marking the solution with the shortest total in-port time as a male lion in a lion group algorithm; marking other solutions of which the total on-port time is not shortest as female lion or young lion in the lion group algorithm; and performing iteration through a lion group algorithm according to the maximum number of iterations to obtain a current optimal solution, and scheduling each ship to be moored according to the optimal solution. According to the scheme, the lion group algorithm is applied to port ship scheduling, so that the port efficiency can be improved. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of port scheduling.

    本发明公开了一种基于港口泊位资源的船舶调度方法和系统,该方法包括以下步骤:获取各泊位可用时间、各待泊船舶的停泊时间、各可用泊位的标识、各待泊船舶的标识以及最大迭代次数;随机生成多个解;根据各泊位可用时间、各待泊船舶的停泊时间、各可用泊位的标识和各待泊船舶的标识,计算各解的总在港口时间;将总在港时间最短的一个解标记为狮群算法中的雄狮;将总在港时间非最短的其他解标记为狮群算法中雌狮或者幼狮;根据最大迭代次数通过狮群算法进行迭代,得到当前的最优解,并根据最优解对各待泊船舶进行调度。本方案将狮群算法应用在港口船舶调度之中,可以提升港口效率。本申请可以广泛应用于港口调度技术领域。
