The invention discloses an energy-saving technical improvement method and system for a portal or bridge crane, and the method comprises the following steps of separating a brake unit and a brake resistor of an auxiliary hook frequency converter, and dismounting the part of wiring; additionally installing an electric energy feedback unit beside the frequency converter, and merging the electric energy feedback unit into a driving circuit; when the portal or bridge crane is operated by using a lifting hook, in two working states of descending at a frequency or descending by a heavy object, the electric energy feedback unit is started once the capacitor voltage of the frequency converter exceeds a threshold value; the electric energy feedback unit works to replace an original braking unit and an original braking resistor; and regenerated energy which is originally dissipated as heat energy is fed back to a power grid in an electric energy mode to be reused, and energy saving is achieved. The original braking unit and the original braking resistor are removed, the new electric energy feedback unit is added, the energy consumption is reduced, meanwhile, the reverse feedback can be performed on a power grid, the electric energy is saved, meanwhile, the emission of carbon dioxide is reduced, and the environment is protected.

    本发明公开了一种门式、桥式起重机节能技改方法和系统,该方法包括如下步骤:分离副钩变频器的制动单元和制动电阻,并拆除该部分接线;在变频器旁边加装电能返馈单元,并入驱动电路;门式、桥式起重机使用吊钩作业时,当以频率下降或重物下行两种工作状态时,变频器电容电压一旦超过阀值时,电能返馈单元启动;电能返馈单元工作,代替原有的制动单元和制动电阻,将原本以热能散发掉的再生能量以电能形式返馈回电网重复利用,实现节能。本发明拆除了原有的制动单元和制动电阻,加入了新的电能反馈单元,降低能耗的同时还能反向回馈电网,节省了电能,同时减少了二氧化碳的排放,保护了环境。
