The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a beam lifting station area is constructed, I-shaped beams are installed on a bridge floor through a truck crane, and the I-shaped beams are located on the left part and the right part of a main bridge respectively; s2, an installation site is arranged, brick slag is replaced and filled in an uncured area of the site, prefabricated concrete planks are laid, a track foundation of the left side of the main bridge is poured firstly to serve as the elevation of the track foundation, and then a track foundation of the right side is poured, so that the two sides are located on the same plane; (S3); a crane track is laid, the two sides of the track are fixed through pressing plates, and a concrete expanded foundation is adopted as a temporary anchor point; (S4); firstly, supporting legs and main beam components are assembled, then the supporting legs are assembled and erected on a bridge floor, a main beam and a trolley are installed, and finally an electrical accessory device and a safety protection device are installed. Compared with a traditional construction method, most splicing work is carried out on the ground, supporting legs and main beam components are integrally hoisted, the installation efficiency is improved, and the hoisting pressure is relieved.

    本发明公开一种桥面门式起重机施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1:构建提梁站区域,采用汽车吊在桥面安装工字梁,工字梁分别位于主线桥左幅、右幅;S2:布置安装场地,场地未固化区域换填砖渣,铺设预制混凝土板,先浇筑主线桥左幅的轨道基础,作为轨道基础标高,再浇筑右幅轨道基础,使两侧处于同一平面;S3;铺设起重机轨道,轨道两侧采用压板固定,采用混凝土扩大基础作为临时锚点;S4;首先拼装支腿、主梁部件,然后在桥面组立支腿、安装主梁与小车,最后安装电气附属装置、安全保护装置;相对于传统的施工方法,将大部分拼装工作安装在地面进行,对支腿、主梁部件进行整体吊装,提高安装效率、缓解吊装压力。
