The invention discloses a navigation mark collision detection method and device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an acceleration detected by an acceleration detection sensor in a navigation mark; if the acceleration is greater than a preset threshold value, acquiring attitude data detected by the electronic compass; and if the attitude data meets a preset condition, sending collision alarm information to a server. According to the invention, timeliness and accuracy of navigation mark collision detection are ensured.
