The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a splicing and hoisting method for a composite material vehicle body. The splicing and hoisting method for the composite material vehicle body comprises the following steps that S1, a vehicle body module is separated from a forming mold; S2, the vehicle body module is hoisted from the forming mold and hoisted to an overturning tool; S3, the overturning tool is operated to adjust the direction of the vehicle body module, so that the direction is consistent with the splicing direction; S4,the overturning tool on the vehicle body module is replaced with a transferring tool, and the direction of the vehicle body module is kept unchanged; and S5, the transferring tool is driven to convey the vehicle body module to an assembling station for assembling. The splicing and hoisting method for the composite material vehicle body is used for a hoisting procedure after demolding of side walls, end walls and a vehicle roof of the composite material vehicle body, overturning and hoisting of the vehicle body module are realized, and the formed and demolded vehicle body modules are adjusted to an assembling direction and conveyed to the assembling station for assembling and forming; efficient and ordered hoisting procedures are formulated, and overturning and transferring tools are prepared, so that the overturning and transferring operation of the vehicle body module is more convenient and faster.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合材料车身拼接吊装方法,包括如下步骤:首先将车身模块与成型模具脱离;其次将车身模块从成型模具中吊起,并吊运至翻转工装;再操作翻转工装调整车身模块的方位,使其与拼接方位一致;通过转运工装替换车身模块上的翻转工装,并保持车身模块的方位不变;最后驱动转运工装将车身模块运送至拼装工位进行组拼。本发明所公开的车身模块吊装方法,用于复材车身侧墙、端墙和车顶脱模后的吊运工序,实现了车身模块的翻转和吊运,将成型脱模后的各个车身模块调节至拼装方位并运送至拼装工位进行组拼成形;制定高效有序的吊运工序并配制翻转和转运工装,使车身模块的翻转和转运操作更便捷。
