The invention discloses a rapid advancing water rudder of a large amphibious aircraft, relates to the technical field of amphibious aircraft water rudders, and aims at solving the problem of framework deformation. The water rudder specifically comprises a steering input shaft which is connected to a steering wheel in a cockpit and rotationally connected to a shell of the airplane, a rudder plate structure which is used for steering, a rudder plate steering shaft which is used for rotating the rudder plate structure, the rudder plate structure comprises a framework and skins, and the skins are welded to the two sides of the framework respectively. An anti-deformation assembly is arranged, and the anti-deformation assembly conducts transmission limitation through a first meshing belt wheel and a second meshing belt wheel which are meshed through a synchronous steel belt. On one hand, the stability of connection between the rudder plate steering shaft and the framework can be enhanced; and on the other hand, force arms at the two ends of the framework are large, part of acting force can be offset, deformation is prevented, if the framework is still deformed in a limit state, the synchronous steel belt is stressed and broken, and the deformation condition of the framework can be judged only depending on the situation.

    本发明公开了一种大型水陆两栖飞机的快速行进水舵,涉及两栖飞机水舵技术领域;为了解决骨架变形问题;具体包括与驾驶舱内方向盘连接且转动连接于飞机的机壳上的转向输入轴、用于转向的舵板结构和用于转动舵板结构的舵板转向轴,所述舵板结构包括骨架和蒙皮,所述蒙皮分别焊接于骨架的两侧。本发明通过设置防变形组件,防变形组件以相互通过同步钢带啮合的咬合带轮一和咬合带轮二进行传动限制,一方面,能加强舵板转向轴与骨架之间连接的稳固性,另一方面,骨架的两端力臂较大,其也能抵消一部分作用力,防止变形,若极限状态骨架还是发生了变形,此时同步钢带会受力折断,仅依靠此情形,即可对骨架的变形情况进行判定。
