The invention discloses a height keeping control system and method for an air suspension of a commercial cargo-carrying vehicle. Vehicle state parameters are obtained, when it is judged that a vehicle is in a static condition according to the vehicle parameters, the height difference value between the actual height of a vehicle body and the set target height is calculated before loading or unloading, and an electromagnetic valve of the air suspension is controlled in a rapid adjustment and/or stability adjustment mode according to the height difference value, so that the height of the vehicle body is kept in a stable interval; after the height of the vehicle body is stable, during loading or unloading, the actual height of the vehicle body is collected in real time, and according to the height difference value between the actual height and the set target height, an electromagnetic valve of the air suspension is controlled in an independent left-right double-error-belt adjusting mode, so that the height of the vehicle body is kept stable; the vehicle body height comprises a left vehicle body height and a right vehicle body height. The height of the vehicle body can be automatically, rapidly and stably adjusted according to change of the weight of loaded and unloaded goods, so that the height of the vehicle body and the height of a platform are always kept within a height target range.

    本发明公开了一种载货商用车空气悬架高度保持控制系统及方法。获取车辆状态参数,根据车辆参数判断车辆处于静态条件时,在装货或卸货前,计算车身的实际高度与设定的目标高度之间的高度差值,根据高度差值采用快速调节和/或稳定性调节的方式控制空气悬架的电磁阀,使车身高度保持在稳定区间内;车身高度稳定后,进行装货或卸货时,实时采集车身的实际高度,根据实际高度与设定的目标高度的高度差值,采用独立左右双误差带调节的方式控制空气悬架的电磁阀,使车身高度保持稳定;所述车身高度包括左车身高度和右车身高度。本发明能够依据装卸货物重量的变化实现车身高度自动、快速稳定调节,使得车身高度与月台高度始终保持在高度目标范围内。
