Spiral driving devices and an electric power system are arranged on the frame, the spiral driving devices are symmetrically mounted on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the frame and are composed of four motors and four spiral drivers with speed reducers, the four motors are controlled by the electric power system and are in transmission connection with the spiral drivers through the speed reducers, and the four spiral drivers are hollow, and can rotate simultaneously or independently under the driving of the four motors. The platform can replace manual work in an extremely soft amphibious environment, transfer operation of solid materials and liquid materials is achieved, and efficiency is improved within effective operation time.
本发明是一种基于无人/有人控制的两栖螺旋驱动多功能作业平台,包括车架和车壳,车壳顶部设有下沉的物资转运平台,内部中空,且从前向后依次形成有前一仓、前二仓、中仓、后二仓和后一仓;前二仓和后二仓通过连通器连通,且通过供料口能够转运液态物资;车架上设有螺旋驱动装置和电动力系统,螺旋驱动装置对称安装于机架底部的左右两侧,由四个电机和四个带减速器的螺旋驱动器构成,四个电机受电动力系统控制,电机通过带减速器与螺旋驱动器传动连接,四个螺旋驱动器内部中空,且在四个电机带动下能够同时旋转或独立旋转。本发明能够替代人工在极端松软的两栖环境中,实现固态物资和运液态物资的转运作业,在有效作业时间内提高效率。
