The invention discloses a motor controller direct current bus voltage optimization control method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring efficiency data of an electric drive system under different direct current bus voltages, including torque and rotating speed; performing data processing on the efficiency data of the electric drive system, and analyzing and searching the relationship between the system efficiency and the direct-current bus voltage; further obtaining corresponding system optimal efficiencies under different torques and rotating speeds and direct current bus voltage values under the system optimal efficiencies, and determining corresponding optimal direct current bus voltage values under different working conditions; and finally, obtaining a corresponding id/iq current instruction value in the motor control under the optimal voltage control; and repeating the steps for different working modes. By revealing the relation between the direct current bus voltage and the efficiency of the electric driving system, the direct current bus voltage is further adjusted in real time through the DC-DC module according to the current working condition of the electric driving system, it is guaranteed that the electric driving system works in the optimal high-efficiency area within the full-load range, and therefore the working efficiency of the electric driving system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电机控制器直流母线电压优化控制方法,包括:首先获取在不同直流母线电压下电驱动系统效率数据,包括扭矩、转速;对电驱动系统效率数据进行数据处理,分析寻找系统效率与直流母线电压的关系;进一步得到在不同扭矩、转速下对应的系统最优效率,及系统最优效率下的直流母线电压值,确定不同工况下对应的最优直流母线电压值;最后得到最优电压控制下的电机控制中对应的id/iq电流指令值;对不同工作模式重复上述步骤。本发明通过揭示直流母线电压与电驱动系统效率间的关系,进一步根据电驱动系统当前工况,通过DC‑DC模块,实时调整直流母线电压大小,保证电驱动系统全负载范围内工作于最优高效率区,从而提高电驱动系统工作效率。
