To provide a direct-current feed voltage control device, a direct-current feed voltage control method, and a direct-current feed voltage control program that can suppress an operation delay of a train while reducing a power consumption in a direct-current electrification section.SOLUTION: A direct-current feed voltage control device 1 comprises a substation voltage calculation part 35 and a controllable range determination part 34. The substation voltage calculation part 35 calculates a command value of a substation voltage within a controllable range based upon prediction information as future train information on a train predicted based upon train information including information on the position and electric power of a train present in the direct-current electrification section.
