The invention provides a self-climbing tower crane robot for safety detection of a tower crane and a using method thereof. According to the self-climbing tower crane robot for safety detection of the tower crane and the using method thereof, a control signal sent by a ground controller can be received through a control chip, a magnetic adsorption hub is arranged in a magnetic adsorption tire assembly, and when the magnetic adsorption hub is opened, the robot is adsorbed and fixed to the corner of a tower crane standard knot through an electromagnetic effect, and the robot can be pushed to climb upwards through tire rolling. The problem of potential safety hazards caused by manual climbing detection in traditional tower crane safety detection is solved, the shape design is very suitable for the structure of the tower crane, and the detection efficiency is improved. Long-distance wireless control can be achieved, manual high-risk operation is not needed, the robot can be recycled, and continuous return is achieved after one-time input.

    本发明提供了一种用于塔吊安全检测的自爬升塔吊机器人及其使用方法,本发明通过控制芯片可以接收地面控制器发送的控制信号,通过磁吸附轮胎总成内有磁吸附轮毂,磁吸附轮毂开启时利用电磁效应将将机器人吸附固定在在塔吊标准节的角上上,又可以通过轮胎滚动推动机器人向上爬。本发明解决了传统塔吊安全检测中,需要人工进行攀爬检测的安全隐患问题,且造型设计非常适合塔吊的结构,提高了检测效率。可以实现远距离无线操控,无需人工高危作业,机器人可循环利用,一次投入持续回报。
