The more than one pair of paddle assemblies are symmetrically mounted on two transverse sides of the longitudinal middle part of the rack assembly through the driving assembly; the two longitudinal ends of the rack assembly are each provided with one or more pairs of wheel fin assemblies, and each pair of wheel fin assemblies is installed on the two transverse sides of the rack assembly through a driving assembly; the driving assembly can drive the paddle assembly to swing or the wheel fin assembly to act; the amphibious robot can move at a high speed on land and flexibly move in water, and is used for solving the problem that an existing amphibious robot cannot move at a high speed on land and flexibly move in water.
