The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting mechanical equipment, in particular to a novel balance weight self-adjusting type miniature crane which comprises a machine body, supporting legs are rotationally connected to the four top corners of the machine body, a base is rotationally connected to the upper surface of the machine body, and four sets of supporting rods are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the inner wall of the machine body in a pairwise symmetrical mode. The outer surfaces of every two adjacent supporting rods are connected with a balancing weight in a sliding mode. By means of a hydraulic cylinders arranged on the supporting legs, when the supporting legs are pressed by heavy objects, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinders is squeezed into oil pipes, push rods can push shifting rods to rotate around the rotation centers of the bottoms of the shifting rods, a lever mechanism is formed, and therefore the balancing weights are pushed to be located in the machine body so as to adapt to the heavy objects at different positions, and the machine body can reach a balanced state by adjusting the positions of the balancing weights, so that the machine body is prevented from rolling over.

    本发明涉及吊装机械设备技术领域,具体的说是一种新型配重自调式微型吊车,包括机体,所述机体的四个顶角处均转动连接有支撑腿,所述机体的上表面转动连接有底座,所述机体内壁的上表面两两对称固定连接有四组支撑杆,相邻的两根所述支撑杆的外表面滑动连接有配重块。通过设置在支撑腿上的液压缸,当支撑腿受重物的压力时,液压缸内的液压油将被挤入到油管内,使推杆可以推动拨杆绕其底部的转动中心转动,形成杠杆机构,从而推动配重块在机体内部的位置,以便适应重物在不同位置处,都可以通过调节配重块的位置使机体达到平衡状态,避免机体发生侧翻现象。
