The invention discloses a modularized wheel type movement unit system integrating the functions of steering, shock absorption, driving and the like. The system comprises a steering motor, a steering angle sensor, a fixed connection shell (an upper motor, a middle speed reducer and a lower tire), a speed reducer, a damping spring, a rotating speed sensor, a hub motor, a rotating shaft, other main pins, gaskets, fixing screws and the like. After the steering motor is provided with a steering angle sensor, the steering motor is fixed to the upper fixed connecting shell and connected with the speed reducer, the execution precision and the output torque of the steering motor can be improved, and it is ensured that the lower large-mass steering device provided with the hub motor has large enough torque for steering; the foldable double-fork type fixing scheme is adopted between the damping spring and the fixing support, sufficient firmness and stability are guaranteed, meanwhile, the shock absorption effect and sufficient hardness are guaranteed, and the system can still stably advance under the large acceleration. In addition, an outer hole and a clamping groove are reserved at the upper connecting shell, so that the modular unit is conveniently connected with a vehicle body structure. The whole structure is free of other complex connection and structures, the structure is simple and compact, and rapid arrangement and repair and maintenance are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种集转向、避震、以及驱动等功能于一体的模块化轮式运动单元系统,包括转向电机、转角传感器、固定连接壳体(上部电机、中部减速器以及下部轮胎)、减速器、减震弹簧、转速传感器、轮毂电机、转动轴以及其它的主销、垫片与固定螺丝等。转向电机配置好转角传感器后,固定在上部固定连接壳体上并于减速器相连,可以提升转向电机的执行精度和输出扭矩,确保配备轮毂电机后的下部大质量转向装置有足够大的扭矩进行转向;减震弹簧和固定支架之间采用可折叠双叉式的固定方案,确保足够坚固、稳固的同时,保证避震效果以及足够的硬度,使得系统在较大的加速度下,依然能够稳固行进。此外,上部连接壳体处,预留了外孔和卡槽,便于该模块化单元与车体结构相连。整体结构没有其余复杂连接和结构,结构简单紧凑,便于快速布置以及维修维护。
