The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle device and a mining air-ground amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle system. The unmanned aerial vehicle device comprises two end mesh enclosures, the two end mesh enclosures are assembled through a connecting bridge and different middle rings, the two middle rings are assembled through a middle rod, a wheel groove is formed between each end mesh enclosure and the middle ring close to the end mesh enclosure, and walking wheels are clamped and mounted in the wheel grooves in a circumferential rotation manner; the walking wheels are arranged on wheel rings in a sleeving mode, the outer walls of the wheel rings are attached to the inner side faces of the middle rings and the inner side faces of the end mesh enclosures, wheel ring clamping teeth distributed along the circumferences of the wheel rings are arranged on the inner side walls of the wheel rings, the wheel ring clamping teeth are in meshing transmission with walking gears, the walking gears are directly or indirectly driven by walking motors of walking mechanisms, and the walking mechanisms are mounted on the end mesh enclosure close to the walking mechanisms; the two end mesh enclosures are hinged to the two ends of an inner frame ring through two different first end pins, the inner frame ring is hinged to one ends of different inner frame rods through two different second end pins, and the other ends of the inner frame rods are installed on the shell of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
