The invention relates to the field of building machines, and provides a tower crane system. The tower crane system comprises a tower crane body, a cantilever type crane, a first operation platform, a second operation platform and a second hoist crane. A first hoist crane of the cantilever type crane is used for hoisting the attachment rod, and the second hoist crane is used for lowering the attachment rod. Through cooperation of the two hoist cranes, the attachment rod is pulled out of a building structure, and the first hoist crane can convey the attachment rod to a lifting hook of the tower crane body. The first operation platform can be used as a working platform for enabling a constructor to remove the attachment rod from the cantilever type crane and mount the attachment rod to the lifting hook. The second operation platform is used as a working platform for enabling the constructor to dismount the attachment rod down from the tower crane body and mount the attachment rod to the first hoist crane and the lifting hook. The tower crane system aims to reduce the difficulty and safety risk of dismounting the attachment rod. The invention further provides a dismounting method of the attachment rod of the tower crane system.
