The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle converters, and discloses an electric vehicle converter mounting system. The system comprises: a main shell, wherein a storage space is formed in the main shell, a mounting opening used for entering and exiting the storage space is formed in the main shell, mounting grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the inner wall of the mounting opening, supporting springs and embedded blocks are arranged in the mounting grooves, the supporting springs tend to push the embedded blocks to move out of the mounting grooves, pull wires are fixed to the ends, close to the supporting springs, of the embedded blocks, and the pull wires slidably penetrate through the main shell; a sealing cover detachably embedded in the mounting opening, wherein embedding grooves are formed in the two ends of the sealing cover in the length or width direction; and a circuit board fixed to the side, facing the interior of the storage space, of the sealing cover, wherein the circuit board is installed in the storage space of the main shell in an inserted mode, and when the sealing cover is fixed in the installation opening, the embedded block is partially clamped in the embedded groove, and the circuit board is located in the storage cavity. The sealing cover can be quickly dismounted and fixed in the mounting opening of the main shell, so that the converter can be conveniently maintained, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及电动车转换器的技术领域,公开了一种电动车转换器安装系统,包括主壳体:内部设置有存储空间且设置有用于进出存储空间的安装口,安装口内壁中相对的一侧开设有安装槽,安装槽内设置有支撑弹簧以及嵌块,支撑弹簧有推动嵌块向安装槽外移动的趋势,嵌块靠近支撑弹簧的一端固定有拉线,拉线滑动贯穿主壳体;一密封盖:可拆卸嵌设于安装口内,密封盖长度或宽度方向两端开设有嵌槽;一电路板:固定于密封盖朝向存储空间内的一侧,且电路板插接安装于主壳体的存储空间内;当密封盖固定于安装口内时,嵌块部分卡接于嵌槽中,电路板位于存储腔内。其中密封盖可快速拆装固定于主壳体的安装口内,从而能够方便的检修转换器,降低检修成本。
