The invention discloses a sewage draining exit troubleshooting workload distribution system which comprises a central base station and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a camera, a position information generator and an onboard signal receiving and transmitting device, the camera is used for shooting environment information, the position information generator is used for generating current position information of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the onboard signal receiving and transmitting device is used for sending the shot environment information and the generated current position information to the central base station; a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles are placed in the central base station, the central base station is used for judging whether the environmental information contains a pollution discharge point or not, and when the central base station judges that the environmental information contains the pollution discharge point, the central base station dispatches the unmanned aerial vehicles to the position recorded by the current position information for monitoring and controls the unmanned aerial vehicle sending the current position information to find a new monitoring place; therefore, more unmanned aerial vehicles can be distributed to monitor an area with more pollution discharge points, and less unmanned aerial vehicles can be distributed to monitor an area with less pollution discharge points, so that the problem that the existing troubleshooting workload distribution is unreasonable is practically solved.
本发明公开了一种排污口排查工作量分配系统,包括中心基站和无人机;无人机设有摄像头、位置信息生成器和机上信号收发装置,摄像头用于拍摄环境信息,位置信息生成器用于生成无人机的当前位置信息,机上信号收发装置用于将拍摄的环境信息和生成的当前位置信息发送至中心基站;中心基站放置有多部无人机,中心基站用于判断环境信息是否含有排污点,在判断环境信息含有排污点时,中心基站派遣无人机至当前位置信息记录的位置进行监控,并控制发出当前位置信息的无人机去寻找新的监控地点;所以排污点多的区域将会分配较多的无人机进行监控,排污点较少的区域将会分配较少的无人机进行监控,从而切实解决了现有排查工作量分配不合理的问题。
