The invention discloses an aviation aircraft fuel tank AI automatic detection troubleshooting and danger alarm system which comprises a big data linkage platform and a mobile detection end; the big data linkage platform is connected with the detection end through a wireless communication module, and can record and compare data of the mobile detection end; and the mobile detection end comprises an air quality sensor for detecting air quality, an oil quantity sensor used for detecting the oil quantity of a fuel tank, a leakage sensor used for detecting whether the fuel tank leaks or not, a visual scanning module which is used for collecting image information and comprises a scratch detection unit, an ultrasonic detection unit, a displacement detection unit, a camera shooting unit and a self-checking comparison unit. Compared with the prior art, the system can improve the efficiency of aviation aircraft fuel tank detection troubleshooting and the like . And the defect condition is judged by intelligently and automatically checking and comparing data, so that the harm of oil gas to human health is avoided, and the personal harm caused by maintenance operation is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种航空飞行器油箱AI自动检测排故与危险警报系统,包括大数据联动平台和移动检测端:大数据联动平台通过无线通讯模块与检测端连接,大数据联动平台可对移动检测端的数据记录和对比;移动检测端包括:用于检测空气质量的空气质量传感器;用于检测油箱油量的油量传感器;用于检测油箱是否渗漏的漏液传感器;用于采集图像信息的视觉扫描模块,视觉扫描模块包括划痕检测单元、超声波检测单元、位移检测单元、和摄像单元与自检对比单元。与现有的技术相比,本发明可以提高航空飞行器油箱检测排故等效率性。智能自动检查比对数据判断缺陷情况,杜绝油气对人身体健康造成危害,避免维修作业造成的人身危害。
