The invention relates to the technical field of aviation aircraft fuel tanks, in particular to an aviation fuel tank pressurization control method suitable for aircraft flight. The control method is achieved based on one fuel tank pressurization device, the fuel tank pressurization device comprises an aviation fuel tank, wherein a pressurization insertion pipe is arranged in an inner cavity at theupper end of the aviation fuel tank in an inserted connection mode; and the outer edge of the upper end of the aviation fuel tank is vertically provided with a mounting support, and the left circulararc side face and the right circular arc side face of the connecting position between a boss at the upper end of the aviation fuel tank and the pressurization insertion pipe are provided with secondrotating grooves which are symmetrical to each other. The aviation fuel tank pressurization control method suitable for aircraft flight has the beneficial effects that through cooperation between an arranged buffer box and lower insertion pipes, under the premise that fuel is prevented from flowing back, air inlet pressurization is buffered, and the pressurization rate is effectively controlled incooperation with a throttle valve; and by arranging a lining pipe driven by a motor, communication between second through holes and third through holes is achieved, in the process of needing rapid pressurization, the pressurization rate is increased, the buffer time needed by pressurization is shortened, and an aircraft can run more stably.

    本发明涉及航空飞机油箱技术领域,具体为一种适应于飞机飞行的航空油箱加压控制方法,所述控制方法基于一油箱加压装置来实现,所述油箱加压装置包括航空油箱,航空油箱的上端内腔插接安装有加压插管,航空油箱的上端外缘竖直安装有安装支架,航空油箱的上端凸台与加压插管连接位置的左右圆弧侧面设置有相互对称的第二旋转槽,有益效果为:本发明通过设置缓冲箱盒下插管的配合,在防止油液回流的前提下,实现对进气增压进行缓冲,配合节流阀从而实现对加压速率进行有效的控制;通过设置电机驱动的内衬管,实现第二通孔与第三通孔之间的连通,实现在需要快速加压的过程,提高增压速率,减少增压需要的缓冲时间,使得飞机运行更加稳定。
