The invention discloses a ship crane heave compensation system, a compensation method and an operation method. The ship crane heave compensation system comprises a supply ship and a supplied ship, wherein a base is mounted on the supply ship; a suspension arm is mounted on the base; a measuring winch is mounted on one side of the suspension arm; a compensation winch is mounted on the other side of the suspension arm; a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel are mounted at the end part of the suspension arm; a first steel wire rope is connected between the first guide wheel and the compensation winch; the first steel wire rope penetrates through the first guide wheel; a lifting hook is arranged at the tail end of the first steel wire rope; a second steel wire rope is connected between the second guide wheel and the measuring winch; the second steel wire rope penetrates through the second guide wheel; and a measuring hook is connected to the tail end of the second steel wire rope. According to the ship crane heave compensation system, the compensation method and the operation method, an encoder is adopted to measure the relative heave motion speed and acceleration of the two ships, the compensation winch is adopted to perform active heave compensation motion on the cargo lifting hook, accurate and timely heave compensation motion can be guaranteed under severe sea conditions and under the condition that the two ships swing indefinitely, the construction cost is low, and the ship crane heave compensation system, the compensation method and the operation method are suitable for popularization.

    本发明公开了一种船用起重机升沉补偿系统、补偿方法及操作方法,包括补给船和被补给船,所述的补给船上安装有基座,基座上安装有吊臂,所述吊臂的一侧安装有测量绞车,另一侧安装有补偿绞车,吊臂的端部安装有第一导向轮和第二导向轮,第一导向轮与补偿绞车之间连接有第一钢丝绳,第一钢丝绳穿过第一导向轮,其末端设有吊钩,所述的第二导向轮与测量绞车之间连接有第二钢丝绳,所述的第二钢丝绳穿过第二导向轮,其末端连接有测量钩。本发明采用编码器对两船的相对升沉运动速度和加速度进行测量,通过补偿绞车对货物吊钩进行主动升沉补偿运动,能够在恶劣的海况下,在两船体摇摆不定的状态下,保证精确及时的升沉补偿运动,造价成本低,适合推广。
