The invention discloses a non-contact escalator deflection measuring device and method, the non-contact escalator deflection measuring device comprises an operation host, a laser measuring device and a laser tracking device, the operation host comprises an electronic display screen, a wireless transceiver module and a data processing unit. The laser tracking device is fixedly installed on a baseboard of an upper end station of an escalator through an installation device, after the laser tracking device is installed, laser emitted by a laser sensor directly irradiates the target center of a laser tracking target, the laser moves on the laser tracking target along with ascending of the escalator, and therefore deflection and speed parameters of the escalator are obtained. The data processing unit sends the processed data to the operation host through the wireless transceiver module, and result data is displayed in real time. Compared with a traditional mode, the non-contact escalator deflection measuring device and method are convenient to operate and accurate in data, the national standard requirement is completely met, and the problem of escalator deflection and stair vibration detection is solved.

    本发明公开了一种非接触式的自动扶梯挠度测量装置及方法,包括操作主机、激光测量装置和激光追踪装置,操作主机包括电子显示屏、无线收发模块和数据处理单元;激光追踪装置通过安装装置固定安装于自动扶梯上端站的护壁板上,激光追踪装置安装完成后,激光传感器发射的激光直射激光追踪靶的靶中心,随着扶梯上行,激光在激光追踪靶移动,从而得出扶梯的扰度及速度参数,数据处理单元将处理后的数据通过无线收发模块发送至操作主机,进行结果数据实时显示。本发明与传统的方式相比,本专利装置操作便捷、数据精准,完全满足国标要求,解决扶梯挠度及梯级震动检测的难题。
