The tail rope control device further comprises a control assembly. The control assembly comprises a pressure detection element, a controller and a hydraulic executing mechanism, wherein the output end of the hydraulic executing mechanism is connected with the tensioning wheel shaft, the pressure detection element is used for feeding back a pressure value to the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the movement state of the output end of the hydraulic executing mechanism.
