The invention discloses a steering control device of a rice transplanter. The device comprises a guide wheel assembly movably connected with a vehicle head, and a control system which is connected with the guide wheel assembly and used for controlling the walking direction of the guide wheel assembly. The steering control device of the rice transplanter can realize unmanned operation, can liberate labor force, release both hands and reduce manpower, and can solve the problems of high labor intensity and high labor cost of operators, so that the operation efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be saved.
