The invention discloses a modular integrated range extender. The range extender comprises an engine power generation mechanism, a generator rotating assembly, a controller calibration mechanism and a controller limiting mechanism; the generator rotating assembly is fixedly installed on one side of the engine power generation mechanism, the controller calibration mechanism is fixedly installed on one side of a generator, and the controller limiting mechanism is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the controller calibration mechanism; and the engine power generation mechanism drives a power generation assembly of the generator rotating assembly to rotate, so that the occupied space of the generator rotating assembly and the engine power generation mechanism is reduced, and current is generated in the engine power generation mechanism and conveyed to the controller calibration mechanism. According to the invention, parts of the range extender are reduced, so that scattered arrangement, complex structure, high cost and long axial size of the range extender are avoided, and further popularization and application of a range-extended electric vehicle are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种模块化一体式增程器,包括:发动机发电机构、发电机旋转组件、控制器校准机构、控制器限位机构;所述发电机旋转组件固定安装在所述发动机发电机构的一侧,所述控制器校准机构固定安装在所述发电机的一侧,所述控制器限位机构固定安装在所述控制器校准机构的外壁;所述发动机发电机构带动所述发电机旋转组件的发电组件旋转,使得所述发电机旋转组件和所述发动机发电机构两者的占用空间减少,从而所述发动机发电机构中产生电流并输送给所述控制器校准机构。本发明通过减少增程器的零部件,避免增程器布置分散、结构复杂、成本高且轴向尺寸长,方便增程式电动汽车的进一步推广应用。
