The range extender comprises an engine crankshaft, a first flange face is arranged at one end of the engine crankshaft, and a first connecting hole is formed in the first flange face; one end of the rotor assembly is provided with a second flange surface, and the second flange surface is provided with a second connecting hole; and the fastener is used for connecting the first connecting hole with the second connecting hole, so that the engine crankshaft and the rotor assembly are fixed together. According to the range extender, the engine crankshaft is provided with the first flange face, the rotor assembly is provided with the second flange face, the engine crankshaft and the rotor assembly of the generator can be directly and rigidly connected through the fastener, and parts such as a coupler, a torsion damper, a flywheel, an engine adapter plate and a generator front end cover can be reduced; the range extender is more compact in mechanism, small in size and light in weight, the cost is reduced, and the overall reliability of the range extender can be improved due to the reduction of components of the range extender.

    本发明提出一种增程器,包括:发动机曲轴,发动机曲轴的一端设有第一法兰面,第一法兰面具有第一连接孔;转子总成,转子总成的一端具有第二法兰面,第二法兰面具有第二连接孔;紧固件,紧固件用于将第一连接孔与第二连接孔相连,使发动机曲轴和转子总成固定在一起。根据本发明的增程器,通过在发动机曲轴设置第一法兰面,在转子总成设置第二法兰面,通过紧固件能够将发动机曲轴与发电机的转子总成直接刚性连接,能够减少联轴器、扭转减振器、飞轮、发动机转接板、发电机前端盖等部件,使增程器的机构更加紧凑、体积小、重量轻、成本得以降低,增程器部件的减少还能够提高增程器整体的可靠性。
