The invention discloses a novel steering column lower joint fork and steering engine input shaft connecting mechanism. The mechanism comprises a steering column lower joint fork and a safety clamp, wherein the steering column lower joint fork is composed of a rectangular groove, a left side face large hole, a right side face small hole and a U-shaped groove, and the safety clamp is composed of an assembling clamp spring, an anti-loosening reed and a guide inclined face. According to the steering column lower joint fork, the U-shaped groove structure is used for being connected with the input shaft of the steering machine in a matched mode, a safety clamping protection device is additionally arranged, reliability and safety of connection are improved, the situation that under special conditions, the steering column and the steering machine are disconnected, the vehicle direction is out of control, and hurt is brought to people is avoided, and the steering column lower joint fork has the anti-loosening function and is stable and reliable; the mechanism is good in adaptability to existing steering system products, capable of rapidly identifying the assembling phase angles of the steering column lower shaft and the steering machine input shaft in the whole vehicle production line assembling process, capable of achieving the assembling mistake proofing function, capable of rapidly tightening the locking nut and improving the assembly assembling efficiency, low in product manufacturing cost and suitable for automobiles.

    本发明公开了一种新型转向柱下节叉和转向机输入轴连接机构,包括转向柱下节叉和安全卡夹,所述转向柱下节叉由矩形槽、左侧面大孔,右侧面小孔和U形槽组成,所述安全卡夹由装配卡簧、防松簧片和导向斜面组成。本发明转向柱下节叉使用U形槽结构与转向机输入轴配合连接,增加安全卡夹保护装置,提高连接的可靠性和安全性,避免特殊情况下转向柱与转向机连接的断开造成的车辆方向失控给人员带来的伤害,具备防松脱功能,稳定可靠;对现有的转向系统产品的适配性好,在整车生产线装配过程中,可快速识别转向柱下轴和转向机输入轴装配相位角,具备装配防错功能,同时可快速拧紧锁紧螺母,提高总成装配效率,产品制造成本低廉,适用于汽车。
