A walking clamping mechanism for a high-voltage line inspection robot comprises a connecting support, a clamping mechanism and a walking mechanism, and a walking wheel shaft of the walking mechanism penetrates through a walking wheel shaft long groove hole and a walking wheel shaft through hole of the clamping mechanism and is fixedly installed in a walking wheel shaft installation hole of the connecting support. The walking clamping mechanism is simple in structure and powerful in function, and the clamping mechanism can freely rotate around the walking wheel shaft to automatically adapt to the gradient change of the high-voltage line; the upper ends of the clamping jaws are of hook-shaped structures and can clamp obstacles such as insulator chains and towers, the pressing wheels at the lower ends of the clamping jaw mechanisms can clamp high-voltage power transmission lines, walking safety and stability are guaranteed, and the obstacle crossing capacity of the robot is also improved; and by means of the self-locking performance of the lead screw and the nut, the clamping mechanism can still clamp a line under the condition that the inspection robot breaks down and is powered off, and the safety of the high-voltage line inspection robot is guaranteed.

    一种用于高压线巡检机器人的行走夹持机构,包括连接支架、夹持机构、行走机构,行走机构的行走轮轴穿过夹持机构的行走轮轴长槽孔和行走轮轴通孔,固定安装于连接支架的行走轮轴安装孔之中。该行走夹持机构结构简单、功能强大,夹持机构可以绕行走轮轴自由转动,自动适应高压线坡度变化;夹爪上端为勾形结构可以夹持绝缘子串和杆塔等障碍物,夹爪机构下端压紧轮可以夹持高压输电线,既保证了行走的安全性和稳定性,也提高了机器人的越障能力;利用丝杆与螺母的自锁性,实现在巡检机器人故障断电情况下,夹持机构仍然夹紧线路,保证了高压线巡检机器人的安全性。
