The invention discloses an anti-explosion valve and the power battery thermal runaway monitoring system which comprise a shell used for being communicated with a battery box, an air leakage opening is formed in the shell, and a sealing cover used for automatically closing and opening the air leakage opening according to the air pressure in the shell is arranged on the shell. A switch unit which is used for controlling on-off of the BMS and can send a switch signal to the BMS is fixed in the shell, and opening and closing of the switch unit are controlled through opening and closing of the sealing cover. The anti-explosion valve is simple in structure, low in cost, low in power consumption, easy to install and capable of achieving the automatic pressure relief function.

    本发明公开一种防爆阀和动力电池热失控监控系统,包括用于与电池箱连通的壳体,所述壳体上开设有泄气口,所述壳体上设置有用于根据壳体内的气压大小自动关闭和打开泄气口的密封盖,所述壳体内固定有用于控制BMS通断且能够向BMS发送开关信号的开关单元,所述开关单元的开闭通过密封盖的开合控制。该防爆阀结构简单、低成本、低功耗、安装简易,能够兼顾自动泄压功能。
