The invention provides an ocean atmospheric environment factor near-surface three-dimensional observation device and an observation method. The observation device comprises a sample holder arranged on steel wire ropes, the position of the sample holder on the steel wire ropes can be adjusted, and the sample holder can be fixed to the steel wire ropes; the device further comprises a first pulley block arranged at the top of a stand column; and a second pulley block and a third pulley block which are arranged on the ground on the two sides of the stand column, wherein the steel wire ropes are simultaneously matched on pulleys of the first pulley block, the second pulley block and the third pulley block to form a closed-loop structure capable of moving along the pulleys. The observation method comprises the following steps that a sampling height is determined; a sampling facility is installed on the sample holder; the steel wire ropes are controlled to rise to convey the sampling facility to a preset height; the steel wire ropes are controlled to descend to recovery the sampling facility; and sampling data are obtained. The observation device is simple in structure and low in facility cost, and realizes that the environmental factor sampling facility is conveyed to different heights and three-dimensional observation is carried out through extremely simple and ingenious conception.

    本发明提供了一种海洋大气环境因素近地面立体化观测装置及观测方法,观测装置包括设置在钢丝绳上的样品架,且能够调节样品架在钢丝绳上的位置并将样品架固定在钢丝绳上;还包括在立柱顶部设置第一滑轮组;位于立柱两侧的地面设置有第二滑轮组和第三滑轮组,钢丝绳同时配合在第一滑轮组、第二滑轮组和第三滑轮组的滑轮上并构成能够顺着滑轮移动的闭环结构。观测方法步骤包括:确定采样高度;在样品架上安装采样设施;控制钢丝绳上升,将采样设施运送至预设高度;控制钢丝绳下降,回收采样设施;获取采样数据。本发明提供的观测装置结构简单,设施成本低,以极其简单、巧妙的构思实现了将环境因素采样设施送至不同高度并开展立体化观测。
