The invention relates to a fixed and maneuvering coordinated ocean three-dimensional synchronous observation system and method. The system comprises a fixed node; a maneuvering node; the fixed nodes and the maneuvering nodes cooperate to cover blank areas and observation and detection blind areas between the nodes; the ship-based unmanned aerial vehicle is used for carrying the fixed nodes and the maneuvering nodes and putting the fixed nodes and the maneuvering nodes to preset positions; and the water surface ship is configured to continuously emit underwater acoustic signals through a carried sound source during advancing, collect fixed node information and maneuvering node information, and regulate and control the navigation track of the maneuvering node and fixed node parameters in combination with an observation task so as to maintain the set coverage precision of the target ocean water body at any time. Compared with a traditional marine environment investigation method and a traditional marine observation network, the three-dimensional synchronous observation network formed by cooperation of the maneuvering nodes and the fixed nodes is more efficient and flexible, and more complete space-time matching environment data with a larger range and higher resolution can be obtained.

    本发明涉及一种固定与机动协同的海洋立体同步观测系统以及方法,系统包括包括:固定节点;机动节点;由固定节点和机动节点协同配合来覆盖节点之间的空白区域和观探测盲区;舰载无人机,用于搭载固定节点和机动节点并投放至预设位置;水面舰船,水面舰船被配置为前进时通过携带的声源持续发射水声信号,以及收集固定节点信息和机动节点信息,结合观测任务对机动节点的航行轨迹和固定节点参数进行调控,以时刻维持对目标海洋水体的设定覆盖精度。本发明构建由机动节点和固定节点协同配合的立体同步观测网络,相较于传统的海洋环境调查方法和海洋观测网络更加高效、灵活,能够获取更大范围、分辨率更高和更完备的时空匹配环境数据。
