The invention provides an intelligent quadruped robot, and the robot comprises a trunk, hip joints, hip joints, four legs, a first motor, a second motor and a third motor, wherein the four legs are symmetrically arranged along the left side and the right side of the trunk; the two ends of the trunk are each internally provided with the two third motors, and each third motor is connected with one end of the corresponding hip joint; the output end of each second motor is connected with one leg; the third motor can drive the four legs to swing towards the two sides through the hip joints, and the second motor can drive the four legs to swing front and back through the hip joints. And an environment sensing device is arranged on the trunk. The robot carries the laser radar and the multiple depth cameras, the laser radar and the depth cameras are used for mapping and navigation, the SLAM technology and the machine vision technology are applied to the quadruped robot, the application scene of the quadruped robot is enriched, and the quadruped robot can be used for complex scenes such as obstacle avoidance and blind guiding.
