The invention discloses a new energy automobile brake power assisting device and a brake feeling consistency optimization method. The power assisting device comprises a motor, a gear transmission mechanism, a pedal input push rod, a rack, a spring, a booster shell, an oil can, a brake master cylinder, a coupling push rod, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, a motor controller and a rotation angle sensor, wherein the pedal input push rod is connected with a brake pedal, provided with the displacement sensor and fixedly connected with the rack; and the motor is connected with the gear transmission mechanism, an output gear of the gear transmission mechanism is meshed with the rack, and the rack is connected with a piston in the brake master cylinder through the coupling push rod. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the foot feeling of the brake pedal can be improved, and the steady-state error of oil pressure of the brake master cylinder is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车制动助力装置及制动感觉一致性优化方法,助力装置包括电机、齿轮传动机构、踏板输入推杆、齿条、弹簧、助力器壳体、油壶、制动主缸、耦合推杆、压力传感器、位移传感器、电机控制器及转角传感器;踏板输入推杆连接制动踏板,踏板输入推杆上安装有位移传感器,踏板输入推杆与齿条固连。电机连接齿轮传动机构,齿轮传动机构的输出齿轮与齿条啮合,齿条通过耦合推杆与制动主缸内的活塞连接。本发明结构简单,操作方便,而且能够改善制动踏板脚感,降低制动主缸油压的稳态误差。
