The rotor is fixed outside the hollow shaft in a shrinkage fit manner, the transmission shaft is arranged in the hollow shaft, and an expansion coupling sleeve is arranged between the transmission shaft and the hollow shaft, so that the transmission shaft and the hollow shaft are fixedly connected through the expansion coupling sleeve; the bottom foot supporting frames are arranged on the front end cover and the rear end cover respectively, and the journal sticking permanent magnet synchronous variable-frequency motor is arranged on a ship body through the bottom foot supporting frames. The journal sticking permanent magnet synchronous variable-frequency motor disclosed by the embodiment of the invention adopts a hollow shaft structure, and a transmission shaft of a propeller of a ship is directly mounted in the hollow shaft, so that the structure of a traditional shaft-driven motor is optimized, and the size and the weight of the motor are reduced.
