The invention discloses directly-driven variable-frequency speed-regulating hoisting equipment comprising a low-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The equipment comprises the low-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor, reel type hoisting equipment, a coupling connected with a transmission shaft and a reel central shaft of the low-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor and an arch type depth indicator arranged beside the reel type hoisting equipment; one side of a reel is sleeved with a brake disk and a hydraulic brake connected onto the brake disk; a reel rotary encoder is mounted at the outer end of the reel central shaft; a motor transmission shaft rotary encoder is mounted at the outer end of the transmission shaft of the low-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor; a limiting sensor is mounted on the arch type depth indicator; the reel rotary encoder, the motor transmission shaft rotary encoder, the limiting sensor and a hydraulic system are connected with a PLC system;and an air channel blowing cold air downwards is arranged above the low-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The equipment is simple in structure, convenient to maintain, safe, reliable and capable of saving the operation cost.
