The invention provides polyurethane for preparing a high-speed heavy-duty polyurethane tire which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyol, 15 to 20 parts of isocyanate, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of foam stabilizer, 0.2 to 0.4 part of catalyst, 3 to 6 parts of silicon resin polyether emulsion, 6 to 9 parts of cross-linking agent, 18 to 20 parts of filler, 4 to 10 parts of antistatic agent and 2 to 6 parts of N-phenyl-alpha-aniline. According to the polyurethane for preparing the high-speed heavy-duty polyurethane tire and the preparation method thereof, the nanoscale lithium fluoride, the boron oxide and the titanium carbide which have the functions of synergistically exerting weather resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance are introduced, and the hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is added, so that the internal toughness of the polyurethane can be obviously improved, therefore, the strength of the high-speed heavy-duty tire in a severe environment for a long time is improved, the aging resistance and strength of the high-speed heavy-duty tire body are improved, and the excellent properties of high strength, good wear resistance, high hardness and the like of the high-speed heavy-duty tire body are fully exerted, so that the high-speed heavy-duty polyurethane tire is endowed with good use performance.

    本发明提供一种用于制备高速重载聚氨酯轮胎的聚氨酯,按重量份计,包括以下组分:多元醇100份,异氰酸酯15‑20份,匀泡剂0.8‑1.2份,催化剂0.2‑0.4份,硅树脂聚醚乳液3‑6份,交联剂6‑9份,填料18‑20份,抗静电剂4‑10份,N‑苯基‑α‑苯胺2‑6份。本发明的用于制备高速重载聚氨酯轮胎的聚氨酯及其制备方法,引入了具有协同发挥耐候、耐腐蚀、耐磨和抗老化功能的纳米级氟化锂、氧化硼和碳化钛,加入六氟丙烯‑乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,可以明显改善聚氨酯内部的韧性,从而提高其长期处于恶劣环境下的强度,提高高速重载轮胎胎体的耐老化性能和强度,充分发挥其高强度、耐磨性好、硬度大等优越性能赋予高速重载聚氨酯轮胎良好的使用性能。
