The invention relates to the field of crane manufacturing, in particular to an anti-electromagnetic interference dragging device for a mobile cable of a ladle crane. The dragging device mainly comprises a cable pulley mechanism, a cable tray mechanism and an isolation clamping plate mechanism, wherein the cable pulley mechanism is fixedly arranged at the upper part of a girder of the ladle crane; the cable tray mechanism is fixedly arranged below the cable pulley mechanism and is used for hanging the crane cable; and the isolation clamping plate mechanism is distributed on a crane cable overhanging section in the length direction of the crane cable. The anti-electromagnetic interference dragging device for the mobile cable of the ladle crane can effectively solve the problem of electromagnetic interference of the mobile cable of the ladle crane, ensures safe and reliable transmission of mobile towing cable signals, ensures safe and reliable operation of the crane, and can achieve the purpose of improving the safe operation efficiency of equipment at the same time.

    本发明涉及起重机制造领域,具体说是一种铸造起重机移动电缆抗电磁干扰拖动装置,其主要包括电缆滑车机构、电缆托盘机构和隔离夹板机构,所述电缆滑车机构固定设置于铸造起重机主梁上部,所述电缆托盘机构固定设置于所述电缆滑车机构的下方,用于起重机电缆的挂载;所述隔离夹板机构沿起重机电缆长度方向分布设置于起重机电缆悬垂段;本发明的铸造起重机移动电缆抗电磁干扰拖动装置,可以有效解决铸造起重机移动电缆的电磁干扰问题,保证移动拖缆信号安全可靠传输,保证起重机安全可靠运行,同时能够达到提高设备安全运营效率的目的。
